What Tract stores

Tract stores the following data associated with your account:

• Your account information — name and email address

• Deal records you create — addresses, details, contacts, notes, and milestones

• Documents you save to deals

• Emails and attachments

• Activity and date entries

How Tract accesses your inbox

Tract connects to your inbox using OAuth — the same secure authorization standard used by other third-party apps. Tract never sees or stores your email password. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Data retention after cancellation

If you cancel your subscription your account is paused and your data is retained for 90 days. If you reactivate within that period everything is exactly as you left it. After 90 days your data is permanently deleted.
