Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent. All your deals, linked emails, filed documents, notes, and account data will be removed and cannot be recovered. Your connected inbox is disconnected but your actual Gmail or Outlook account is not affected — only your Tract data is deleted.

If you're on an active subscription, deleting your account cancels it immediately. You won't be charged again but no partial refund is issued for the remaining period.

How to delete your account

1. Open Tract and go to Settings

2. Select Account

3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account

4. Read the confirmation and type your account email address to confirm

5. Click Delete permanently

Your account is removed immediately. If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account and start fresh — your previous data cannot be restored.

If you just need a break

If you're not ready to delete but want to pause, cancelling your subscription keeps your account and all your data intact. You can reactivate at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
