Forgot your password?

1. On the Tract login screen click Forgot Password

2. Enter the email address associated with your account

3. Check your inbox for a reset link — it arrives within a few minutes

4. Click the link and enter a new password

5. Sign in with your new password

Reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, repeat the process to get a new one. If you don't receive the email check your spam folder. Still nothing — reply to your welcome email and we'll sort it out.
