What helps to include

• Your account email address

• The deal or email the issue relates to if applicable

• The steps that led to the bug

• Whether the issue is happening consistently or intermittently

We treat every bug report seriously and will follow up directly. For anything that's blocking you from using Tract, mark your email as urgent in the subject line and we'll prioritize it.
